The 2026 HOA assessment is $100 per homeowner and is due no later than July 31, 2026. 

Annual dues not received by the due date will be subject to a $20 late fee. If dues remain unpaid, the HOA may pursue collection remedies authorized by the Association's governing documents and Oklahoma law, including the filing of a lien against the property.
