Residents contribute annual HOA dues of $100, which help maintain and enhance our neighborhood. These funds support essential services such as street lighting, road maintenance, landscaping, and common area upkeep, while also helping sponsor community events that bring neighbors together throughout the year.

Homeowners may pay their annual HOA dues using any of the following methods:

Annual dues not received by the due date will be subject to a $20 late fee. If dues remain unpaid, the HOA may pursue collection remedies authorized by the Association's governing documents and Oklahoma law, including the filing of a lien against the property.
